Odyssey Projects (“we”, “us”) is the trading name of Odyssey Project Solutions Limited (company number 9319194, NZBN 9429052621567), a digital marketing agency in Auckland, New Zealand. Our registered office is 15 Clark Road, Pahurehure, Papakura 2113. This policy explains what personal information we collect through odysseyprojects.io, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, business name, phone, email, what you sell, your rough monthly revenue and what marketing you run.
- Where your visit came from, such as the ad or search that brought you, from the link you clicked.
- How you use the site, through analytics and advertising tools, using cookies and similar technology.
Giving us your details is up to you. Without a phone number we cannot call you back.
Why we collect it
- To call you back and see whether we are a fit. If we record or transcribe a call to keep notes, we tell you at the start of the call.
- To understand which of our own ads and pages bring enquiries.
- To show our ads to people likely to be interested, and not to people who are already clients.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We use service providers to run our business, and they hold some of it for us: our CRM (GoHighLevel), our website host (Vercel), and Google and Meta for analytics and advertising. Some of these store information outside New Zealand, mainly in the United States, and we rely on their contractual terms to protect it.
Google and Meta also use what their analytics and advertising tools collect for their own purposes, under their own privacy policies. That information is held in the United States, where the law may not protect it in the same way as New Zealand law.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to work with you or answer your enquiry, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that, we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@odysseyprojects.io and we will reply within 20 working days.
Cookies
Your browser lets you block or delete cookies. The site still works without them, but we will not be able to tell which ad or page you came from.
